Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only. If you're outside Australia and would love to get your hands on Brené La Maison, email us at hello@brenelamaison.com.au and we'll see what we can do.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: $12.00 AUD
Free standard shipping on orders over $120.00 AUD
Express shipping: $18.00 AUD

The exact rate for your order is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Store Pickup

Local pickup is available at our South Penrith, NSW location. Orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours — you'll get an email as soon as it's ready.

Processing times

We aim to process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible. If an item is marked as pre-order (for example, our Provence Range), the expected dispatch window will be shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes a few business days to arrive depending on your location within Australia, with express shipping arriving sooner. These are estimates only and can vary with courier delays outside our control.
